Solution to PostgreSQL PANIC could not locate a valid checkpoint record error
If you encounter the error in the title while using PostgreSQL; We need to clear the write-ahead logs with pg_resetwal. We can use the following command for this.
sudo -u postgres /usr/lib/postgresql/13/bin/pg_resetwal -f /var/lib/postgresql/13/main
