Canceling Ubuntu Upgrade
We can use the following commands to cancel the automatic upgrade and warnings on Ubuntu servers.
sudo nano /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
prompt=never
Ctrl+x Y (E)
To do it in one line:
sudo sed -i 's/Prompt=.*/Prompt=never/' /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades
