We will provide planned Network infrastructure and hardware upgrade work to develop and upgrade the infrastructure of our Türkiye Istanbul location services.
We will provide our work on the relevant issue between 02.10.2022 - 00.00 and 02.10.2022 - 06.00. In this context, the services and servers in our Istanbul Comnet location services will be put in power off state during the work.
Since the work processes will be provided step by step, the services will be made available piece by piece.
We strongly request and recommend that all our customers take a backup, as we do not want even a 1% chance of any damage due to possible interruptions or malfunctions.
We kindly request our physical rental server and co-location customers to share their server access information with our support center in order for us to take controlled action. We kindly request our physical rental server and server hosting customers who do not want to share information to put the servers into controlled power-of mode at the specified time (02.10.2022 - 00.15).
After the hardware change and Network work, special infrastructure integrations will be provided for all of our Co-Location, physical server, virtual server and hosting services, and improvements in our Network infrastructure will be observed.
