• The campaign is valid for both existing products and renewal orders. You need to submit a support ticket for renewal bills.
• Both new and existing customers can benefit from this campaign.
• Each customer may place multiple orders within the scope of the campaign.
• The campaign is valid for eligible virtual server and hosting packages.
• To receive the discount, the product must be added to the cart with a 1-year billing term and the campaign code must then be applied.
• The campaign is limited to available stock.
• VAT is not included in product and service prices. VAT is automatically added during the checkout process.
• All customers purchasing products or services are deemed to have accepted our refund policy and service agreement.
• rDNS records are provided free of charge for virtual server products.
• No refunds are available for discounted packages.
• Bulk email sending (spam), hacking, phishing, warez, adult content, and any content that violates the laws of the Republic of Türkiye are strictly prohibited on our servers.
• Technical support and reinstallation requests are handled through support tickets created via our website.
