Solution to Python PIP WARNING: The scripts pip, pip3 and pip3.6 are installed Error

The error you encounter is:

WARNING: The scripts pip, pip3 and pip3.6 are installed in '/home/umut/.local/bin' which is not on PATH.

We use the following command to solve it.
