Solution to PIP warning value for scheme.scripts does not match error

If you receive the error "Warning value for scheme.scripts does not match" during PIP installation in Python, you need to temporarily switch to a lower version.

python -m pip install pip==21.0.1 or pip install pip==21.0.1
