Solution to FIX WARNING Value for scheme scripts does not match error

If you receive the error below while installing PIP, you need to temporarily downgrade.

WARNING: Value for scheme.platlib does not match. Please report this to <https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/9617>

python -m pip install pip==21.0.1

or

pip install pip==21.0.1
