How to Configure Plesk Passive FTP Mode Port Range
When you enable FTP access on the Plesk panel, you can follow the steps below to connect using passive mode.
1- First, we go to Tools and Settings from the menu on the left. We go to FTP Settings located under General Settings.
2- On the screen that appears, specify your port range and click the OK button. You can apply the default port range.
The important part here is to allow incoming connections for the passive FTP port range in the firewall.
