If you are getting the error above, your e-mail service is most likely trying to send via IPv6.

Follow the steps below to resolve the error.

nano /etc/postfix/main.cf

inet_protocols = all > inet_protocols = ipv4

If you edit it as above and restart the service with the command below, the problem will be solved.

systemctl restart postfix
