Enabling Nano Automatic Indenting
To enable automatic indentation in Nano, simply delete the # and space at the beginning of the set autoindent line in the /etc/nanorc file and save the file. Thus, when you move to the next line with Enter, it will automatically add the space to the left of the previous line.
To activate the code:
sed -i ''s/# set autoindent/set autoindent/g'' /etc/nanorc
