Deleting Large Files with ionice on Linux
We can use ionice to delete large files in Linux.
You must specify the following command to specify the name or number of the scheduling class to use (0 for none, 1 for realtime, 2 for best of 2, 2 for idle).
As an example, you can see the usage below.
ionice -c 3 rm -rf /var/log/apache
