.bash_history Adding History

You can use the following commands to add history to bash_history.

nano ~/.bash_history

HISTTIMEFORMAT="%F %T "

source ~/.bash_history

NOTE: Instead of ~/, you must type the name of the user you want to perform the action. . For example: /root/.bash_history
